關於運送

訂單寄到香港:

訂單總淨值少於HK$300,運費HK$65;

訂單總淨值HK$300或以上,免運費。

標準配送時間:確認訂單後1-3工作天(工作天不包含星期六、日及公衆假期)

 

訂單寄到中國大陸地區 / 美國地區

訂單總淨值少於HK$1000,運費HK$100;

訂單總淨值HK$1000或以上,免運費。

標準配送時間:確認訂單後2-5工作天(工作天不包含星期六、日及公衆假期)

 

Delivery

Shipping to Hong Kong:

Delivery fee of order amount less than HK$300 will be HK$65;

Order amount HK$300 or above will be offered free delivery.

Standard Delivery Time: 1-3 working days after shipment confirmation.

 

Shipping to Mainland China / United States:

Delivery fee of order amount less than HK$1000 will be HK$100;

Order amount HK$1000 or above will be offered free delivery.

Standard Delivery Time: 2-5 working days after shipment confirmation.

 

退貨與換貨政策


退貨

  • 您可在收到商品後 7 天內聯繫客服團隊申請退貨,條件如下:

退貨條件

商品必須符合可再販售狀態,意即:

  • 所有原始吊牌、證書、保固卡、洗滌說明、產品標籤、真品卡及其他隨附配件(如:備用鈕扣、衣架、防塵袋、鞋盒)皆需完整無缺。
  • 商品不得使用、試穿、清洗、修改或損壞。
  • 必須附上原始發票影本。
  • 經客服審核通過的退貨申請,必須於 7 天內完成退貨流程,並將商品寄回指定地點。逾期退貨恕不受理。

瑕疵或損壞商品

  • 若您收到的商品有瑕疵或破損,請於收到商品後 7 天內聯繫客服,以便安排退貨或退款。

換貨

  • 我們僅接受相同商品不同尺寸的換貨申請。換貨條件與上述退貨條件相同。
  • 已經換貨過的商品將不再接受再次換貨或退費。

退款

  • 一旦我們確認您的退貨商品符合退貨條件後,退款將會原路退回至您的付款方式。
  • 退款將於核准後的 6 至 9 個工作天內進行處理。
  • 視您的付款方式或平台不同,退款金額可能需 10 至 15 個工作天才會顯示。
  • 初始運費、退貨運費、稅金與關稅皆不予退還。
  • 若您的退貨不符合退貨條件,我們的客服將與您聯繫,商品將以到付方式寄回給您。
  • 本公司對退貨申請之最終判定保有最終決定權。

 

Return and Exchange Policy

Returns

  • You can return unused products within 7 days of receipt by contacting our Customer Service team. Please note the following conditions:

Return Conditions

  • The item must be in sellable condition, meaning:
  • All original tags, certificates, warranties, care instructions, product labeling, authenticity cards, and additional accessories (e.g., extra buttons, hangers, dust bags, and boxes for shoes) must be intact.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged.
  • A copy of the original invoice must be provided.
  • Approved return requests must be completed within 7 days, with the item returned to the designated location. Late returns will not be processed.

Defective or Damaged Items

  • If your item is faulty or damaged upon delivery, contact Customer Service within 7 days of receipt to arrange a return or refund.

Exchanges

  • We only accept exchange requests for a different size of the same item. The conditions for exchanges are the same as those listed above for returns.
  • Products that have already been exchanged are not eligible for further exchanges or refunds.

Refunds

  • Once we confirm that your returned item meets the return conditions, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are processed within 6-9 business days after approval.
  • Refunds may take up to 10-15 business days to reflect, depending on your payment method or platform.
  • Initial shipping costs, return shipping fees, taxes, and duties are non-refundable.
  • If your return does not meet the required conditions, our Customer Service team will contact you. The item will be shipped back to you at your expense.
  • The company’s decision regarding the acceptance of returns is final.
